Tirma Expeditions can bring you on a Safari Adventure in the heart of Big Five Territory, the Bushveld of South Africa. This epic safari adventure will take you to Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, one of the most exclusive and untouched areas of the Greater Kruger. We will be based on a private concession (no other groups around), in the middle of big five territory surrounded by lions, elephants, leopards and much more.
We will be spending our days tracking wildlife on game drives and bush walks, learning from brilliant local rangers, and connecting deeply with the rhythms of the wild.
This personal and exclusive safari will be delivered by our expedition leader along with our local collaborators, Bush Fundi Safaris, where our local expert Josh Pons and his team will make sure your adventure in this wild place becomes legendary.
Guests stay in eight traditionally built, thatched huts, offering an authentic atmosphere in the heart of the bush.

A day on the safari
Every day there will be an early morning walk and game drive, followed by breakfast for all. The middle of the day is a great time to bird watch, observe drinking animals on the river nearby or even read a book while you listen to the sounds of the bush.
The wildlife viewing treehouse is a great place to find tranquility.
In the afternoon we will do another game drive finalized by a sundowner overlooking the plains of the reserve with a nice drink and cheese board. To conclude the day, a drive to spot hyenas, lions and other nocturnal animals.
And last but not least, a home-cooked dinner, campfire and a well deserved night sleep to get ready for the next day.

This is a real, raw and personal safari made for curious souls who want more than just snapshots.
